Three of My Guilty Pleasures
We ALL have our guilty pleasures. Some we may be a little embarrassed by and others we don't care if we let our freak flag fly high, baby!
It doesn't matter what you have for guilty pleasures, just own them. What is weird to you may be completely normal to someone else.
When you let your guard down, stop trying to be perfect all the damn time, and to hide every little bit about yourself from those that love you the most, well, "you're killing me softly."
To put it simply, just own who the hell you are! Be your authentic and genuine self. Flaws, quirks, weirdness and all.
With that said, I'm going to let you in on my little secret. Yup, you guessed it. I'm spilling the beans on my guilty pleasures!
Oh my gerd, desserts should be a staple at every meal! I admit I'm totes ok with cake, cookies or ice cream for breakfast. In fact, I'm one of those women that will eat her dessert before dinner.
Now, I love most sugary and delightful treats, but my absolute favorites are OREOS! Oreos are milk's favorite cookie, and they're perfect for the kid in all of us. Haha! See what I did just there? If you're an Oreo lover, you'll get it.
Nothing quite beats a soothing and relaxing massage. Talk about being in pure bliss while your stress, anxiety, and worry are being rubbed away gently while you lay nice and relaxed dreaming about your future.
Getting a massage on a regular basis is vital to me, plus it satisfies my guilty pleasure. A once a month regimen is precisely what this #momboss needs to keep her sanity!
Oh, for the love of makeup! I can't get enough of it. If you're anything like me, then you probably have thousands of dollars of cosmetics sitting in either a drawer or beauty bag that you have worn once or twice because you "had to try it".
Can you relate?
I don't know what it is, but I cannot help myself when I see the newest products on the market. I have to buy!
Being in the beauty industry, I am bombarded with information on the latest trends, tips, tricks, up and coming new products, and more. I figure it is my duty to try them out, especially if I want to recommend anything to my friends, family or clients. Right?
I mean it would be a disservice if I didn't!
Alright, well, there you have it. Three of my top-secret insider secrets to my guilty pleasures. Nothing outlandish, but they're relatable, and I guarantee yours are probably similar.
