Time Frame: items must be received back no later than 14 days from the date you received your order. Be sure to plan for transit time. (Be sure to try on your items when they arrive!)
IMPORTANT: items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition; this includes make-up and deodorant stains from trying clothes on. All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds. Please try on your items once received.
We must be notified within 5 days of receiving your item if you would like to return for store credit. You may contact us via email, phone, or Facebook messenger. Items must be received back to us within 14 business days of receiving the order to get a store credit. You are responsible for getting item back to us.
Anything after 14 business days will not be accepted. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition with the original tags still attached. If you believe you have received an item with a defect, we must be contacted within 5 days of the date it was delivered to you.
To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received, it will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a store credit in the amount of the item(s). You will receive an email notification once the return has been processed. This credit will expire one year from issue date.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item. Free shipping is available for initial purchases only. When utilizing store credit for an exchange, shipping costs will be deducted from your credit total for your replacement item. If your store credit does not cover the exchange and shipping costs, an invoice will be sent for the remaining balance.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be credited, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All SALE items are FINAL.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Proof of purchase within the last 14 days is required.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
